Sustain reflects the true cost of this work and a living wage — the rate the practice needs to continue existing.
Disruptor and Redistribution are for those with more financial flexibility, choosing to pay above Sustain so that care can remain accessible to someone else.
The scale as a whole reflects the power of reallocating resources as we shift from independent abundance to collective enoughness.
You won't be asked to prove your rate or share financial documentation — we work on the honor system, trusting you to choose what fits.
